Pennsylvania Department of Revenue Extends Tax Filing Deadline
Automatic Extensions Granted for PA-40 and PA-20SPA-65 Filers
Extension Payments Accepted Until April 15, 2024
The Pennsylvania Department of Revenue has announced that PA-40 and PA-20SPA-65 filers will receive automatic extensions of time to file their tax returns. The extension will grant an additional six months for PA-40 and PA-40 NRC filers and five months for PA-20SPA-65 filers.
Form and instructions for Form REV-276 are available to assist with filing for an automatic extension. The extension does not extend the payment deadline, which remains April 15, 2024. Extension payments can be made through myPATH until midnight on April 15, 2024.
